1. Foreign high-end talents (Class A)
China's economic and social development, scientists, science and technology leaders, international entrepreneurs, special special talents and other high-end talents, such as high-precision and lack of talents, meet one of the following conditions, identified as Class A, the implementation of "green channel" and "capacity" Lack of acceptance" service.
(1) Selected for the domestic talent introduction plan.

16. (3) Foreign talents who meet market-oriented needs for encouraged positions.
1. Senior management, technical talents and scientific research backbones employed by central state-owned enterprises, global or regional headquarters of Fortune 500 companies, national high-tech enterprises (identified by science and technology departments), and large enterprises (see Statement of Achievement Standards 20).
2. Enterprise-recognized enterprise engineering research center (development and reform department identification), engineering laboratory (development and reform department identification), engineering technology research center (technical department identification), enterprise technology center (identified by the credit department) and local technological innovation The senior management, technical talents and scientific research backbone of the service platform (certified by the science and technology department).
3. The State encourages foreign-invested enterprises and domestic and foreign medium-sized enterprises (see Achievement Standards Note 20) to employ senior executives, technical personnel and scientific research backbones.
4. Appointed as a high-level professional skill talent required by senior management or research institutions or associate professors, associate researchers and vocational colleges.
5. The domestic top three general hospitals or sub-provincial urban specialized hospitals or foreign-funded hospitals shall be employed as senior management or above.
6. The chief conductor, artistic director and chief performer employed by art groups such as the domestic first-class orchestra (see Achievement Standards Note 21).
7. Senior editors and anchors employed by the central and local mainstream media (see Statement of Achievement Standards 22).
8. The core athletes, head coaches or coaches of the national, provincial sports teams or clubs.
9. Wage annual income and foreign talents who pay personal income tax to meet the prescribed standards.
(4) Innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
1. The founder of a company that has invested in independent intellectual property rights or proprietary technology, such as major technological inventions and patents, has a stable investment for three consecutive years, and the actual investment of the enterprise is not less than 500,000 US dollars and the individual shares are not less than 30%.
2. The chairman, legal representative and total capital of the enterprise with annual sales of more than 10 million yuan or annual tax payment of 1 million yuan or more with the independent intellectual property rights or proprietary technology possessed by major technological inventions and patents. (5) Excellent young talents.
Young people under the age of 35 who are ranked in the top 200 universities outside the world (see Statement 5 of Achievement Standards) or universities in China for doctoral degrees or postdoctoral research.

2,foreign professionals (Class B)
In line with the foreigners' work guidance catalogue and job requirements in China, foreign professionals who are in urgent need of the development of China's economic and social undertakings are classified as Category B if they meet one of the following conditions.
(1) Foreign professionals with bachelor's degree or above and 2 years of relevant work experience. Meet one of the following terms:
1. Managers or professional technicians engaged in scientific research, teaching, management, etc. in special fields such as education, scientific research, journalism, publishing, culture, art, health, and sports.
2. Personnel who implement Chinese-foreign intergovernmental agreements, international inter-organizational agreements, Sino-foreign trade and economic engineering and engineering technology contracts.
3. Employed personnel of international organizations in China and representatives of overseas experts to organize agencies in China.
4. Middle-level and above employees dispatched by multinational corporations, and chief representatives and representatives of permanent representatives of foreign enterprises in China.
5. Foreign managers or professional technicians employed by various enterprises, institutions, social organizations, etc.
(2) Excellent graduates who have obtained master's degree or above in universities in China.
(3) Graduates of the top 100 universities (see Statement of Achievement Standard 5) who have obtained master's degree or above in the country (outside).
(4) Foreign language teaching personnel. In principle, foreign language teaching staff should be engaged in mother-tongue teaching in their mother tongue and obtain a bachelor's degree or above from a native language country with more than 2 years of language education experience. Among them, those who have obtained bachelor's degree or above in education, language or teacher's degree, or obtain the teacher's qualification certificate in the host country or obtain the international language TEFL certificate that meets the requirements may be exempted from work experience requirements.

(5) Professionals with a score of 60 points or more.


3, foreign ordinary personnel (C class)
To meet the needs of the domestic labor market, foreign general personnel engaged in temporary, seasonal, non-technical or service work in accordance with national policies shall be classified as Category C and the State shall implement quota management if one of the following conditions is met.
(1) Foreigners who have been approved (authorized) by the relevant administrative departments of the State Council or employed by Chinese and foreign government agreements;
(2) Foreign youths who come to China for internships and trainees in accordance with intergovernmental agreements;
(3) Foreigners who come to China to engage in domestic service with high-end foreign talents;
(4) Foreigners working in special fields such as ocean fishing;
(5) Foreigners engaged in seasonal labor services;
(6) Other foreigners who implement post quota management.
