(1) Passport: 6 months valid days at least before Expired . original passport with one blank visa page at least. one copy of the passport’s photo page (with personal information and photo).

  (2) Visa application form and photo: prepare "Visa Application Form of the People's Republic of China" and one recent photo with a light-colored background with face.

  (3) Proof of legal stay or residence (applicable to applicants who are not applying for visas in the country of nationality): If you are not applying for a visa in the country of nationality, you must provide the original proof of valid stay, residence, work, study or valid visa in your country. Copy also need provide.

  (4) Original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who have had Chinese nationality and then joined foreign nationality): If you are applying for a Chinese visa for the first time, you must provide a copy of the original Chinese passport and photo page of passport; if you had applied for a Chinese visa with a old foreign passport.but now use change a new passport to apply , you must provide the copy of old foreign passport photo page and Chinese visa you obtained. (If the name recorded in the new passport is inconsistent with the original passport, you must also provide the relevant official certificate. Change the name of the document).
